How do I track my Amazon order?

All orders placed through Amazon can be tracked via your Amazon account under "Your Orders". Once shipped, a tracking reference will be provided by the carrier. Contact us with your order number if you need any assistance.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Contact us with your order number to start the process. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Do your products carry a warranty?

Yes. All Crownshop products include a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to a fault rather than normal wear and tear, we will replace or refund it at no charge.
